Job Description


  • Strictly follow the company HSE standard and code of conduct in daily work
  • Develop sales activities in the responsible region by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines
  • Achieve sales target in terms of volume, GMVC and unit GMVC, high end DEO volume and new distributors and fleets development
  • Develop Direct Sales Fleets corporate with national KA fleets
  • Develop new DEO fleet distributors in the region
  • Visit distributors and fleets (10 calls/week) to understand DEO market, ensure the company policy are communicated properly
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to Fleet Development Manager on time
  • Take use SDMS, especially for the Business Plan, SPANCO to manage distributors
  • Prompt regional main distributors on DEO sales force recruitment and build professional DEO sales team
  • Coordinate TSA and timely conduct technical / sales skills trainings to enhance distributors’ DEO sales force’ professionalism
  • Manage and supervise A&P, EOL usage to support DEO distributors/fleets volume and new customers/fleets development
  • Provide accurate sales forecast for the sake of on time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collect information from distributors / fleets and give feedback to Fleet Development Manager with fair judgment and suggestions
  • Foster good cross-functionality with other departments, in particular with supply-chain, marketing /Technical/Digital /Communication.
  • Complete other jobs or projects assigned by line management

Profile sought

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Bachelor degree and above, major in chemical, machinery engineering and marketing will be preferred
  • At least 5 years working experience in sales and distributors management, commercial fleet development experience is preferred
  • Hard working, good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • FMCG NKA and Commercial Tire background are preferred, knowledge of lubricants will be plus
  • PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment) and good command of English in written
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel
