If you’ve made it to the final step in the recruitment process and accepted our job offer, congratulations! Now you can get started with STEP IN!, a digital path that will take you a few hours to complete and show you more about the Group.
The program includes:
- Videos presenting our activities and our One Total company project;
- An e-learning module on our code of conduct;
- Other employees talking about the challenges and key values at Total.
If you are in a management job, we will also ask you to take part in an integration seminar in your region—in Houston (if you are in the Americas), Singapore (Asia), Paris (Europe) or Johannesburg (Africa).
